For items bought from third-party retailers, please return them directly in accordance with their specific return policy. Such purchases won't qualify for the return process mentioned below.
Please note: Any returns sent back without following the correct procedure via our return system won't be eligible for a refund or exchange. All purchases from softers-shoes.com must be processed through our return portal to qualify for returns or exchanges!
Once an online order is placed, it's final and cannot be cancelled. However, after you receive the shipped order, you can initiate the return procedure.
For exchanges or returns, shoes must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in their original box. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must send back the shoes within 30 days of receiving them. Accepted returns will receive a full refund, excluding shipping charges and a $4.95 handling fee per order. Opting for an exchange incurs a nominal fee of $4.95, plus shipping costs. We understand you're eager to see your refund, but it can take 7 to 10 business days to process after we receive the returned items, depending on your bank or financial institution's policies.
Please note, we only accept returns or exchanges for shoes bought directly from our website, softers-shoes.com, For shoes purchased from another retailer or third-party vendor, please return them in accordance with that store's policy
Softers reserves all rights to reject returned goods if they do not meet the requirements.
